I provide personalised nutrition and health coaching for women over 40 who want to lose weight, boost energy, and feel confident in their clothes again. My services include one-on-one coaching, tailored strategies for nutrition, meal planning, and advice on exercise, sleep, and stress management - all designed to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes.

2. What does working with you look like?
Working with me is a personalised and supportive journey. We’ll start with an in-depth consultation to set your goals, followed by weekly Zoom check-ins to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust strategies as needed. Together, we’ll create a flexible nutrition plan, monitor progress, and build sustainable habits that work for your lifestyle.

3. Are you a "nutritionist near me"?
