I am a certified nutritionist and health coach, with over ​20 years of corporate life ​behind me — I know what it is ​to be busy and overloaded by ​work and life and kids.

 

Change can be tough when ​your life is full of other ​demands. That’s where I come ​in. As a health and nutrition ​coach, I help busy women prioritise themselves again and make ​lasting change happen.

I am a qualified nutritionist and health coach, passionate about helping people achieve optimal health through proper nutrition and healthy living. Whether you're looking to manage your weight, reduce stress, increase energy levels, improve your immune system or just live an overall healthier lifestyle, I'm here to guide you through your journey.

 

I work with individuals, groups and corporates to tailor a plan that is going to work for you, that is achievable and sustainable long term.  No diets - this is all about long term, sustainable options that you can stick to.

The process

My approach is based on the importance of making small, incremental changes for long-lasting results. That's why we will work together over a a 3-6 month period, identifying goals and focusing on a few manageable changes at a time. We start by working on your nutrition, focusing on wholefoods, protein, and micronutrients, which are essential for a healthy and balanced diet. Then move on to developing an exercise routine, improving sleep hygiene, and managing stress levels.
